The price for design services is subject to adjustment after the final assessment of the project scope.
Upon customer request, our engineering department can provide suggestions regarding the design of parts and molds, their construction, and the selection of material grades. However, once the customer adopts these suggestions, YuTop assumes no liability for their suitability.
The intellectual property rights for all design drawings, technical documents, and related information submitted by the customer remain the property of the customer. YuTop undertakes to keep such information strictly confidential and use it solely for the manufacturing purposes under this agreement. We will not copy, use, or disclose it to any third party without the customer's explicit written permission.
